The Role:
You will be buying things for the company looking for the best deals, negotiating prices with suppliers, and making sure the company has what it needs. You will need to build good relationships with suppliers and make sure everything runs smoothly. Demonstrate leadership skills, be able to come up with strategies, and be good at solving problems. You will need to understand cost management, contracts, and supply chains.
